Biltz Family Dental participates with Delta Dental (except the Marquee and CDPHP plans), Cigna, MetLife, Excellus (except the essential and community plans), Guardian, and United Healthcare (except the community plan), as our primary insurance carriers.  We can submit to most other insurance carriers as a courtesy to you.  We do not accept Medicaid, Fidelis, or Child Health Plus.  Please call our office with any questions regarding your insurance plan.

In addition we want to ensure that you and your family are able to achieve optimal oral health and do not have concerns about financing.  We gladly accept Care Credit applications for those who qualify.

There will be no interest for Six Months.
